Absolutely. Many of our buyers pay cash, and it can be the simplest way to buy.
How a cash purchase works
There's no loan application or lender approval, so a cash deal usually moves faster. You'll sign a purchase agreement, make your deposit and pay the balance on the schedule in your agreement. We'll handle ordering, delivery and setup from there.
What to plan for
- The full project cost. The home is one part. Site prep, foundation, utilities, well and septic, permits, skirting and steps add up. Ask us for a complete price for your property.
- Proof of funds. We may ask for a bank statement or letter showing the money is available.
- A cushion. Keep some savings for surprises and for your first year of insurance and taxes.
Not sure cash is the best move?
Paying cash means no interest, but it also ties up money you might want for an emergency. Some buyers pay part in cash and finance the rest. We're happy to run the numbers both ways.
